Before we put some formulation name effective for mental wellness, it is utmost important to consult a Unani physician to take any Unani drug, be it single or compound. An experienced Unani physician always prefer single Unani drug or a formulation of single unani drugs called as Nuskha. But there are some standard Unani formulations mentioned in Unani literature which are effective as well in mental wellness.

Mufarreh Jalenoos.

This mufarreh is not available in the market by any company. But as it has tremendous benefits for mental wellness, so we prepare it specially for our patients and available on order. It is also prepared on special order with fresh single drugs, but it takes time because the preparation method is somewhat typical.

There are other formulations as well which are effective for mental wellness which are;

Muffareh baarid, Mufarreh mushkin, Khamira khshkhash, khamira sandal, Khamira sandal, Khamira abresham etc. But these medicines are given after knowing the mizaaj and symptoms of patient.
